A Special Tribute to Mrs. Doris Parrish on Her 104th Birthday
On this joyous occasion, we gather as a church family to celebrate a remarkable woman—Mrs. Doris Parrish will reach the incredible milestone of 104 years on April 17, 2025. As the longest-living member of Grace Episcopal Church, she has been a steadfast pillar of faith, service, and love, leaving an indelible mark on our congregation.
Mrs. Parrish’s legacy is woven into the very fabric of our church community. Her dedication and vision have shaped programs that continue to bless us today. Alongside the late Marian Edmonds, she co-founded the Bereavement Committee, offering comfort and support to grieving parishioners in their times of sorrow. This ministry of compassion stands as a testament to her enduring spirit of kindness and care.
Beyond her service within the church, Mrs. Parrish finds joy in nature’s beauty. An avid gardener, she continues to nurture life through her love of planting flowers and greenery. Just as she has cultivated vibrant gardens, she has also sown seeds of faith, love, and wisdom that have flourished in the lives of all who know her.
Today, we honor her strength, grace, and unwavering faith. Mrs. Parrish, your journey has been a blessing to us all, and your legacy will continue to bloom for generations to come. May God bless you abundantly on this special day and always.
Happy 104th Birthday!!!
With love and gratitude,
Grace Episcopal Church Family
